Fully equipped on literally everything you would ever need and MORE for a family friendly stay. Home was clean, fully stocked, slept well, plenty of pace for your own privacy and location, location, location. Short car ride or walk to harbor bonus free parking for your vehicles which allows you to leave your car at home and walk to town. The owner Jules was so sweet simple and easy going! We stayed for our son’s college graduation from Colby College 1 hour away allowing our other family guests time to enjoy Boothbay. WIN WIN! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Mihai is a wonderful host and his place is a gem! The gorgeous location is nothing short of magical and the house is immaculately designed and decorated. The hot tub is an amazing bonus. Everything about our stay went smoothly and even during off season, we found plenty to do. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Perfect in every way! I have stayed at multiple air BnB’s and nothing compares to this house! Pictures do not do this place justice!! The location is awesome, secluded with a great view. One thing that stood out to me other than the awesome view and being secluded is that the house is stocked with everyday household essentials, other air BnBs I have stayed at never had the house stocked they way that this one does! I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit south port!

We had a wonderful time. The location was ideal. Having a dock and watching the lobster boats go by was a very unique for us. We saw seals swimming by and did some fishing from the dock. The sunset on the dock was amazing also. We would highly recommend.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We loved our time staying here, the house was beautiful and just as described/ seen in the pictures. Randy was a great host and always very responsive with some great local recommendations. Would definitely love to return!

The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed, and no clutter! Beautiful furnishings, modern, simple and comfortable. Surprised by the unexpected gorgeous view of the Narrows bridge at night - what a great seating alcove to enjoy it! Easily walkable to the waterfront and restaurants. We have come to depend on Warren's on the Waterfront and Bucksport House of Pizza over the past few years of visiting - this trip did not disappoint, the pizza and sandwiches are still top notch! We were here this time for our son's graduation from MMA, and although we rented a larger home for the younger guests and West Coast visitors, we chose this one for us, as a place to get away from the chaos of the larger home. It was simply perfect. Kudos to your housekeeping, the apartment was spotless and so welcoming - especially after a 13 hour drive from Maryland. Even though our son has graduated, we will be back. We just love the area. Thank You!!!

This is a great spot to stay while in Damariscotta - cute, peaceful and comfy, looks just like the photos. It's in a great location, right in town, and near multiple sights and activities, including 4 lighthouses in the mid-coast area - Pemaquid, Marshall Point, Owls Head, and Rockland Breakwater. You can grab the boat to Monhegan in Port Clyde or head up to the Farnsworth in Rockland and tons of other things - it's a fun area and this is a spot that can work nicely as a home base. I didn't see Valerie, but all of our interactions were very pleasant and she's very responsive.

This place was comfortable, well-provisioned, and very well located. Pam was very responsive as well. Good stay!

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! The place is very nice and private. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to the downtown area in Camden. Walking distance to the trail to Mt Battie. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jason was very friendly and had clear instructions on how to use everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

The 1 bedroom was exactly as described and pictured. A fun, small, well appointed roost above bustling Congress St. Check in/out was seamless and we had no difficulties connecting with Michelle. In addition to staying in a centrally-located pad, Michelle provided us with a wonderfully detailed list of restaurant recommendations and local trip destinations. We found ourselves referring to it frequently and it led us to some super meals and a fun bike ride around Peaks Island. Her parking guidance was also helpful - we ended up parking on the street without incident or ticket. While not a particular challenge for us, it's useful to know that it's quite a hike up the three floors of stairs to get to the apartment. In all, glad to have stayed there and a great spot from which to explore all that Portland has to offer.

My fiancé and I had a great time staying at this Airbnb. It was clean, cozy, and relaxing space. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and 2 lighthouses, but still had great access to the old port and other parts of Cape Elizabeth.

My partner and I stayed here while visiting some friends in Portland and had a lovely time. After staying at Dan’s place I have higher expectations for future Airbnb stays! Besides the house’s charm, it was sooooo clean and comfortable. Though the weather was chilly and rainy during our visit, the house was cozy and we made great use of the wood stove. We did minimal cooking, but the kitchen seemed sufficient for your average meal. And honestly, the best part was not having a list of chores to complete at check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay delightful Victorian home with great water views on the porch. We had a great breakfast with, farm garden fresh produce, homemade breads. Perfect location for visiting Camden and hiking the State Park. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing girls weekend getaway at Caroline’s place. Caroline is the most kind and sweet host. Absolutely loved our peaceful weekend. The property is beautiful and has beautiful views of the ocean. We also loved the breakfast!

We loved our stay at The Victorian By The Sea!! The inn and grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing and calming, breakfasts are scrumptious, the location is convenient to hiking in Camden Hills State Park and sightseeing and shopping in the lovely town of Camden, and the host, Caroline, is absolutely delightful, accommodating in making her guests comfortable, resourceful with touring tips, and an amazing cook and baker!

Matt’s place was welcoming comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Matt was always responsive within a few minutes. Matt’s place was conveniently located to Portland with restaurants and shops. Spent A day at Cape Elizabeth, Peaks island and dinner in Naple….. previous visit was to Boothbay Botanical garden Really a great state to visit!!!
