Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Our little cottage

A detached, bright and spacious cottage for 1-4 people, e.g. for a family. The cottage has a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area and bedroom with double bed with adjoining bathroom. On the attic (accessible with a ladder) there are two mattresses for children from 4 years. The "older bedroom" is spacious enough for a baby cot. At the back a private terrace, at the front you overlook the property with loose poultry, flower pots and various seats.
