Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Een mooie, zelfgebouwde, blokhut, ingericht voor 2 personen. Het ligt in het Stavasterbos, een kleinschalig park, nabij Lochem. De blokhut heeft één 2 persoonskamer met een bed van 1.80 breed met 2 dekbedden. Het huisje heeft een tuin van circa 350 m2. Op het park is een bistro gelegen. Verder zijn er geen algemene voorzieningen. Het huisje is 3 km vanaf het centrum en ligt tegen een mooi bosgebied aan. Er is een klein schuurtje aanwezig om eventueel 2 fietsen in op te bergen.

Our vacation home is suitable for max. 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven.
