Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Excellent accommodation, very warm and responsive hosts. The location is ideal, there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a great beach nearby. The house has everything for a super-comfortable life. Everything is very high quality and well organized.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

This is the second time we've stayed in this apartment and it's always a pleasure to stay there. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is also located in a quiet area and it is close to the sea and restaurants on foot. The host and person who hosted us are kind and accommodating. Great spot to stay if like me, you are attending the Monaco F1 GP. 8 minutes by walk to the train station that leads you to Montecarlo train station in only 3 stops. Great place, great host! Thank you Anne 🙏🏻♥️

The apartment is located in the central part of the city! All local attractions and the sea are within 10 minutes! Well-equipped kitchen and very nice bathroom! Andrea communicated with us quickly and accurately, perfect host! I recommend it to everyone!

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Everything went really well and Barbara’s appartment was a really good base for our day trips to French Riviera. The appartment was clean and cozy and Barbara easy to communicate with. We recommend!

The view is incredible!! Peaceful area as well. There’s paid parking right outside the building which was super convenient. Everything was walkable. Check-in and checkout was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

The place is quiet and perfect for a long weekend with friends .

Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Also extremely convenient to Monaco. The neighborhood is very quiet with only residences around. The balcony had amazing views of Monaco and the sea. Arthur was always very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the region.

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Accommodation well beyond expectations, Alexandra was super kind and gave us all the directions. Great location for going to the beach on foot and with the bikes provided in the surroundings. Free parking under the house and nearby. Very clean apartment, scented sheets and towels. Super recommended! Very kind host

The area is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everything. In a short time you can reach the highway and from there you can move where you want. The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

Great place. Super clean and well stocked. Short walk to supermarket and plague. We found the close train station, a few minute walk away a big plus for day trips. Car parking handy too, as Menton can be busy.

Beautiful location, balcony had unadulterated view of the ocean. Well appointed kitchen and amenities. Right on the promenade and a beautiful walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy to access from the airport and a great base to get out and explore the French Riviera. Highly recommended

Mariannas apartment in Ospedaletti was absolutely amazing! Beautiful views of the Mediterranean as well as the village of Ospedaletti. We loved all of the terraces and everything was very comfortable. We had an absolutely amazing and peaceful stay. I highly recommend Mariannas place!
