Amazing location, very convenient to all the main locations and downtown Reykjavik. Very cute, well designed home, had all the amenities needed (beds were super comfortable and location was quiet). Perfect amount of space for two friends traveling together. Would definitely stay again. Host was responsive and super helpful. Can’t say enough nice things!

It was easy to arrive at the stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The drying washing machine was the highlight of the accommodation. A safe and peaceful atmosphere throughout our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lloyd and Raggi's place near the center of Reykjavik. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the shopping district, several attractions, and great restaurants. We were able to park in front of the apartment (using Parka app). The place was very clean and comfortable.

Great location and a very spacious apartment, perfect for relaxing after long days exploring Reykjavík. We really appreciated having en suite bathrooms in each room, even if the tub and shower controls took a little figuring out. The parking garage was a huge plus, though getting in the first time was a bit tricky. Overall, a very nice experience and a comfortable place to stay!

A great place to stay, close to the water, great views! Very convenient to do trips to the golden circle and south coast and around Reykjavik. Thordis was also an excellent host with very good communication before and during our stay with good local recommendations. Her place was also very comfortable, clean and made us feel right at home!

10/10. Maria and her family were wonderful hosts. From letting my children play with their pets to allowing us flexible check in and out due to our flight times, this listing is an absolute gem. Great water (drinking and bathing), beautiful yard, killer views. We saw the northern lights right from our windows multiple nights. I wish we could have stayed forever!

Jon was a great host! Really helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and in a great location. We were just 2-3 blocks from great restaurants, bars and shopping.

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location, we enjoyed a great space with comfortable beds. Silla is very kind and her husband too, we were able to greet them both. If you have the chance to stay in this apartment, don't think twice.

What a unique, wonderful place! We only had a one night here but it was perfect, and we could have happily stayed much longer. The space is open floor plan, very spacious, and full of fun "extras." Everything was clean, the blackout curtains were great (essential here in June), we were thankful for access to laundry, communication was quick and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-supplied, and everything was as expected -- or better! Thanks so much for letting us stay here, Esther and family.

Location was perfect for sightseeing near and far. The airbnb was very comfortable and warm with a well equipped kitchen. Trausti was a great host. I would highly recommend this place.

Very clean. 4 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one has a shower and the other has a big comfortable bathtub) make this place very comfortable for multiple people. Area is very quiet and great restaurants are in walking distance. Close by grocery store is very convenient. Private parking off street. This place is a gem. Would definitely stay here again.

Our 4 night stay in Larus’ Lakefront Villa & nearby attractions of the Golden Circle were one of the highlights of our trip-we highly recommend! His home is spectacular in every way, including a hot tub, sauna, a large living room/gathering space w/well appointed kitchen. Directly on a lake, without others in close proximity, it’s ideal for those that want to experience the splendor of this part of Iceland more privately. As a host, Larus goes above & beyond! We had brought some equipment to fish the river 100 yards away, but not small enough tackle. When we emailed him asking location of a tackle shop, after returning from a daily activity, we were surprised & delighted to find 2 more rods & 2 new trays of tackle appropriate for the trout in the river; giving 4 of our group the chance to do some fishing in Iceland. Our stay was great! Our host was so friendly and responsive to any questions we had! Her recommendations were spot on for food, hiking trails and the local community! We will be back for sure!

The place was mostly easy to find, check in was a breeze (just take the key from the lockbox), and the three separate, private bedrooms with room darkening shades were just what our group of three women needed after our overnight flight from the states. Host was extraordinarily responsive, even bringing toilet paper over within minutes at midnight when we realized there weren’t any spare rolls. The beds were comfortable, the setting was serene, and watching the sheep and petting their dogs and feeding their horses was the cherry on top! Would absolutely recommend!

The Airbnb was easily accessible and well equipped with washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There was also a designated parking spot for your vehicle. Magnus was responsive and extremely helpful in answering any queries. Would recommend this place

Had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was incredibly comfy and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind. The location was fantastic, nestled in a nice part of town with easy access to nearby attractions and local dining. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay!

Our stay at Audur’s place was great. Amenities were as described and the place was extremely clean and private. It was plenty of space for four.

This penthouse was the perfect location for exploring the city. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, the apartment beautifully staged and had every amenity we needed. Hilmar was a wonderful host who provided great recommendations from parking to restaurants. My favorite was Kol located on the ground floor of the same building. Hilmar left very clear instructions on everything we could possibly need and was so kind to offer us a late check-out. When I come back I would love to stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as described and immaculate. But what I liked best was that it was in a tranquil neighborhood with outstanding views across a bay and easy access to downtown. Once I drove downtown, once I walked along the bay and once I took a chance on a scooter (very easy path to follow, but since that was my first ride ever, it was harrowing!). I appreciated that Kjartan made my stay exceptionally easy - most of my questions (what’s the WiFi password, where’s the nearest grocery store, etc) were answered in advance, and then again in a helpful booklet in the apartment. Thank you, Kjartan, for a fantastic stay in Reykjavik!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. we had spent 1 week in different places between Reykjavik and Vik and this was by far the best Airbnb. The location is right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants and very walkable. The Airbnb has a private parking right in front of the entrance and was big enough for our 9 passanger van. The home is beautiful and has everything you could ever need on your stay. The host really put a lot of thought into every little detail. If you are looking at this home and it as available I would book it immediately.
