As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We had a great time at Caterina’s place. 6 of us stayed there and was great to all have our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house and gardens had plenty of space to mingle together or to spread out and do our own thing. The location was so peaceful and the views incredible. Not great if you struggle with walking uphill and there are lots of steps to and from the train station and village. Although there is a shuttle bus. Was great to visit all the Cinque Terre towns but not to stay in the hustle and bustle. Great stay and can’t thank Caterina enough, it is a beautiful place to stay!

We had a fantastic time at Nadia's accommodation. The view is beautiful and a very nice swimming pool that is well maintained by Giacomo. Very friendly welcome and received tips to do in the area. Good location close to Lucca and in a beautiful green area. We would book this again.

All as described, nice and clean, comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We stayed 4 nights with 2 children aged 4 and 7. Sergio and Ornella were very kind in welcoming us a few hours in advance of the time allowed... immediately we noticed the excellent location in terms of cleanliness, comfortable indoor spaces and well-maintained outdoor spaces that have really made a difference, allowing children to play in maximum safety among flowers, trees, a magnificent view and an already working pool for the spring period...... still cold water but the summer climate gave us the courage to try it!!!! Strategic location for the 5 Terre and not only......Sergio and Ornella are super and have also recommended other places no less! No problem but the road is a little winding (but asphalt ok) to get there but that once it doesn't scare you anymore! The only place booked with AirB that really reflects what the host has proposed...... we highly recommend it!!!! Greetings and happy holidays!

Great location and very nice helpful host. Vernazza is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed including beach towels, an awesome shower, comfy bed, mini fridge and private terrace. You will be climbing up a lot of stairs to get into the apartment so not for anyone that can’t handle that. Pack backpacks for Cinque Terre not suitcases. You are in a busy area right next to a restaurant so while there is some noise it wasn’t bad. I would stay again.

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Roby is a great host, who gives good advice. The accommodation was very clean, with everything you needed. Peaceful and pleasant environment! ☀️

Francesca was a welcoming and responsive host. The house is majestic and the setting exceptional, time seems to stand still. The bedding is excellent and we found a very clean house. You will need a car to get around, the nearest beach is Levanto, which is a 30-minute drive away. Pisa and Genoa are 1 hour away, the Cinque Terre 30 minutes by Levanto (then take the train). We also swam in the river next door (5 min drive).

Cristian was an immaculate host and this space was beyond impressive. Pictures truly didn’t do the space justice and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality, responsiveness when arriving and finding our way around, and general needs. Would absolutely love to be back!

Matteo’s house is clean and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so prefect to explore the Cinque Terre area. It was only a 10 min drive to Riomaggiore and from there another 10 mins to Manarola. The only problem is the limited spots for parking. So we drove to La Spezia and parked our car near the station there and took the train from La Spezia to all the villages. Breakfast was provided by Matteo and he kept checking in to see if we need anything. He and his wife are very sweet people and we highly recommend their home!

We had a very pleasant stay in this very clean and quiet cottage. It is located in a small mountain village 30 minutes from Levanto, ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre. Maria Luisa is a very kind host who welcomed us very well. We recommend it.

The first impression of the room with exposed concrete walls was cold and mysterious. The room size was also spacious overall and there was a table and kitchen, so it was convenient during our stay. It was very good for us. Thank you to the owner.

Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt in good hands from the start. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the beautiful garden and the well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking something delicious yourself. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

stay at Andréa's place very well Andrea very welcoming and available if needed the scenery is beautiful a little sporty access to the accommodation but it's worth it i recommend it.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

Excellent accommodation 10 min above Levanto. Quiet and secluded with fantastic views! Simone was very helpful. Recommended

Beautiful place, quiet, splendid view, beautiful flower garden and well fenced, complete amenities, clean and nicely furnished, welcome touches (among others lemons and herbs from the garden), barbecue, gazebo, deckchairs, everything is planned to make us have a great stay!
