Dollhouse

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Halle (Westfalen) in einem Siedlungshaus. Umringt von Feldern in einer Sackgassenlage ist es hier sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen im ersten und zweiten Stockwerk. Im unteren Teil der Wohnung ist ein kleines Zimmer mit einer Schlafcouch, auf der Kinder oder eine weitere 3. Person schlafen könnte. Von hier geht es über eine Treppe in die zweite Etage. Hier befinden sich die Küche mit einer kleinen Essecke, das Duschbad und das Schlafzimmer.

The LIVING ROOM is about 35 m², tiled and brightly painted. The kitchenette is in the same room and well equipped. The bed is 1.40 m wide. The corner sofa offers another sleeping space. Other FACILITIES: 3 chairs, 1 table, 1 chest of drawers, 1 clothes rack, 1 coffee table, 1 large mirror and a carpet. An entrance hall leads into the apartment. Bathroom amenities: shower, toilet and sink. IMPORTANT for some guests to know: Here far in the countryside, the INTERNET is not optimal!

Nice apartment at the foot of the Teutoburger Forest

Everyone can feel comfortable in our small apartment. The house is located in the green, overlooking the Teutoburg Forest, a meadow and a small pond. The cities of Bielefeld, Gütersloh and Osnabrück can be reached at a distance of 15 - 20 kilometres. In the cities and their surroundings there are many attractions, nice bars and restaurants, historical places, as well as beautiful hiking and recreational opportunities to discover.

Quiet, cozy apartment near the Hermannsweg

Up to four guests can be accommodated in our beautiful basement apartment, which is located directly on the Teutoburg Forest and close to the Hermannsweg! The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Apartment with private entrance - rural location

Rechts aus der Haustür raus und rein ins Grüne. Tolle Spaziergeh-Runden oder Fahrradrouten laden zum Entspannen ein. Unsere Einliegerwohnung ist perfekt für alle, die beruflich unterwegs sind und Lust haben den Feierabend in Ruhe zu verbringen. Auch Kurz-Urlauber kommen hier auf ihre Kosten, gerne in Begleitung des Haustiers.
