We felt at home. The flat was better than described and shown on photos. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants, supermarkets and stores in just a few steps away. Definitely we will go back. Thank you so much.

Maura proved to be a kind and very welcoming host. The kitchen available was very well stocked. The bathroom is as clean as the entire property. A small, very quiet corner of paradise in the middle of nature. The external structure, completely covered with ivy, makes it one with the surrounding nature. Recommended for everyone. 10 minutes from Finale Ligure and the beaches. Excellent starting point for trekking, climbing and biking.

It was a relaxing and pleasant stay. The owner of the house was very nice and approachable. The information you provided for the arrival was very clear and the house fully matched its descriptions. In front of the house is a beautiful sea view, where you can walk in three minutes. We'll definitely be back!

We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

Everything was perfect, Alessia is a perfect host, warm and welcoming. We would always come back and reommend to stay at this place in Sanremo. The view is fantastic. The only downside was the construction site nearby it was a little loud during the week. But we could still enjoy the stay very much.

Great communication. Easy, flexible check-in. Beautiful apartment, modernly furnished. 3 balconies with sea view, garage box if required 4 minutes away. Approximately 200 steps down to the center. You are very quickly down (5 min) and yet the apartment is in a quiet residential area up on the slope with a beautiful sea view.

The apartment was super clean and very well appointed. We also particularly liked the covered, large terrace. We were there for biking and it was very useful to have space and a garden hose for washing the bikes. To wash the clothes, there was a washing machine available plus clothes rack. Nicola was super helpful and it couldn't have been better!

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Games x free time! We really felt at home, my little girl said so too! Thank you also for your availability, always ready to respond! Surely if we come back to the area we will stay with you! Amazing apartment. Nicely decorated, awesome balcony and views, there’s space and it’s well organized. Space for bikes and drying wet gear too, which is nice! The only thing missing is a hob, to cook a little something. Even a portable set would be perfect! But it is described accurately on the page, so no surprises there. I would definitely come back to Paolo’s Airbnb!

Breathtaking views, having breakfast, and seeing the sea from the big windows is worth the whole trip. In the evening we had dinner on the large terrace that is equipped with a table, chairs, and a rocking chair. The room was cool, there are also mosquito nets on the windows. The nice kitchen is bright. In a few steps we arrived at a very nice free beach. Walking a little more along the sea, you can also easily walk to the center of Loano. We will be back 🙂🌞🌊

Perfect stay, beautiful location in the old town. Very well maintained, secure and with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is lovely both for breakfast and for quiet time in the evening. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby and easily accessed from the train station. Albegna is very lovely - don't miss this perfect opportunity to stay in the heart of it all.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Coiri. Nicola was a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is great, we felt right at home. Nicola sent us all the information and recommendations for the area beforehand. After our arrival he even gave us delicious food for breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Excellent location! Really a delightful place with excellent services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. It's a true paradise for children, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely be back!

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Very pleasant stay! Federico was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay, responding to our messages quickly and with a lot of kindness. The accommodation was perfect: well located, spacious, and very well equipped. It really felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend this host and this place for a great stay!

Started our vacation here with a few days and it was just right for us. A very pretty place, both Piazza and Mondovì. You can walk down comfortably and take the special train or the bus back up. The apartment is in the middle of the village, parking is still no problem. The two of us had plenty of space and everything we needed. The terrace is a bit sober, but the garden you walk around the house is spectacular. You could just spend the day looking into the countryside and using the pool every now and then, which we had all to ourselves. Carlo was very straightforward and friendly, communication was fabulously responsive and easy.
