Summer 2025 in Senigallia ☀️🏖️ "Il mare in città" is a charming apartment in the heart of Senigallia, a stone's throw from the sea. It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. Kitchen and living room in an open space environment, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and full amenities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and bedroom. Access is via Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, a 5-minute bike ride to the center and a 10-15 minute walk. Tourist tax: €1/day per guest to be paid in cash at check-out, up to a maximum of 7 days, children under 15 years are exempt.

The apartment, located on the ground floor of a villa in a very quite place of the city center (Villa Iris), is ideal for holidays or business stays, is located a few hundred meters from the historic center and the main seafront and has a free fenced internal parking for one car, with access via an electric gate, a real convenience and rarity for the central location of the structure, where it is a problem to find a parking space even outside the tourist season.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The flat is at the basement of our family villa, it has been completely renovated in 2024. It is a cozy retreat for couples who wants to have a base to explore the area. Not suitable for big families or couples with big dogs. Not suitable for people taller than 1,90cm.
