Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.
