The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The completely renovated, stylishly designed apartment "Südsternchen" is located close to the popular southern beach. The renovation was just completed in 2024. The route to the south beach is short and the points of contact for daily needs, the Markant supermarket and Lidl, are also nearby. There are numerous restaurants and a pizza service within walking distance. The milk stalls on the south beach are also always worth a visit.
