This apartment is amazing! Top location, very clean, good beds and the roof terrace is fantastic. The elevator didn't work, but that was absolutely no reason for us not to book this apartment. Cristina also indicated that the elevator will soon be replaced. She was a good host; friendly and she responds quickly when you send a message. We would definitely like to come back here. We really felt at home.

True home away from home ! The place is well designed to the smallest detail, very clean and welcoming. Amazing location and close to the market. If you want to live like local - can’t miss this one, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !

Excellent communication with Veronica. The place is as described or just like the photos. Multiple grocery stores in the neighborhood, Aldi is walking distance. The location is close to downtown by car but Veronica provides information for public transport as well. Also she has a good list for things worth seeing.

Best experience at a stay. Clean and very homey. Would stay here again every time in a heartbeat. It’s in the center of the touristic areas. Walk distance from castle Alcazar. Very friendly and responsive host. Easy and very clear instructions for check in and check out.

Great location, easy check-in and very clean apartment

You couldn't get a better location for this apartment, and the terrace looking out to the cathedral etc was amazing. A bit hot for us English with 45 degree temperatures at times though! Air conditioning was well appreciated , and the lovely ceiling fans. Apartment was clean and well looked after. Would definitely come again.

I totally recommend this place if you want to visit Seville. the bus station is 2 min walk, the house is very nice and clean, you can find everything you need inside. Veronica is very friendly and gives very good recommendations.

Everything went great. Wonderful clean apartment near the city center. The hostess was incredibly sweet and responsive. We'd love to come back to this apartment, maybe more than once

We stayed for 6 nights and the house is beautiful, very clean and looks very new. 3 good size double bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The area is nice and quiet and there are shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We had a lovely time in the house and Salvador and Marina were at the end of a phone when we had a question. I'm sure we will return thank you. All in all we had an excellent experience.

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Alonso and Rocío were wonderful hosts—friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented. The house was beautiful, spacious, and peaceful at night. Almost everything was within a 30 min walk. The space looked exactly like the photos. The stairs might be a bit tricky for really young kids, but otherwise, it was very comfortable. The AC kept cool through a heatwave, and the shower had consistent hot water 😎 Staying at their place felt more like visiting friends than booking a rental. If not for the space, book it for the hosts– Rocío made a real effort to make us feel at home. She genuinely cared about our well-being, and it really showed.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very spacious and has all the necessary amenities, new kitchen equipment and sufficient for the stay Check-in instructions very clear, we had no problems, the Host quickly responded to messages and was in constant contact with him. We rate the stay very well and recommend it.

Cozy, private, and just what we were looking for. Carmen was very communicative and helpful making our stay easier. She provided information we found very helpful and accurate. We had an amazing time and if we are ever in town again woukd return to her place.

Great place for a short stay. 10 min drive to a city centre. The bed is super comfortable and kitchen is equipped for everything to have a breakfast. Mercadona supermarket is in a walking distance which is very convenient. Very nice place.

Perfect place to stay ! Close to everything

Cozy apartment with all the necessities. Carolina always attended to me immediately and was very attentive. I chose the location because it was close to work, but I was right because it is perfect for resting and being calm. Would choose it again.

Stayed a few days, apartment is good and equipped with all you need. Comfortable overall. Great communication with the host and they are very kind.

Our family loves this place. It is exactly the same as the pictures: the location is on the main street, it is convenient for people going to the old city and attractions, and it is also convenient to take the bus to the airport; it is located on the top floor with an elevator, the environment in the building is clean, the scenery outside the large angle window is great, there are several delicious restaurants and breakfast shops nearby; the bathroom space is sufficient.It was really great!

We had a lovely stay here and experienced no issues. The cats were both very friendly!
