The house is located in an unspoiled area with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. Aahytten is a cozy older house from 1877. The living room is spacious with fireplace, TV and Wi-fi, the style is rustic and relaxed. Beautiful west-facing terrace, morning sun at the end of the garden, secluded natural plot with Muleå through the garden.Bathroom is in an extension, you have to go out under a covered terrace, to get to the bathroom, where there is a washing machine, sink and closet space. We have improved a lot at Aahytten the last 10 years and we continue to improve at the house

In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.
