There is a sofa bed (1.40 m with a good mattress topper) that can easily be changed to a sofa during the day. It is about 150 meters to the beach with a jetty and lovely sunsets. About 80 meters to the pedestrian street with, among other things, shopping opportunities, cafes and restaurants. There is a kitchen item for breakfast, etc. There is also a fridge, microwave, water kettle, tea & coffee. Bed linens, towels, and cleaning are included.

The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 DKK per person
