We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a fold-out armchair. There is a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. A total of 5 seats. The house has its backyard with outdoor seating. Possibility to rent a crib. The kitchen includes an electric stove with a ceramic hob, an electric kettle, and a toaster. Accommodation on the outskirts of No. Budějovice in the immediate vicinity of public transport (300 m). Bus ride to the center about 10 minutes. Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
