The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Relax at this peaceful scenic spot with sea glow and sun from early morning to late evening. Boat for rent. Good swimming and fishing opportunities from shared jetty facilities and child-friendly swimming beaches nearby. Well equipped for play, relaxation as well as cooking. For curious and active, there are countless opportunities for coastal trails, island excursions, biking, forest tours, paddling, boating, restaurant visits, see beautiful southern gems, climbing park, Raet National Park, Kristiansand Zoo. A short walk to the grocery store.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Boathouse by the lake

Koselig båthus i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båthuset/leiligheten ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Båthuset er best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra mai-september. Kajakker er ikke tilgjengelig oktober-april.

Lad batteriene i denne fine hytta med usjenert beliggenhet. Min mann som er arkitekt, har tegnet den. Hytta er en liten perle med sjel og karakter. Interiøret er enkelt og harmonisk med fine farger og autentiske materialer som skaper en varm og intim atmosfære. Innbyr til fred og ro. Ingen TV. Det er gode muligheter for friluftsliv både sommer og vinter; bading, båttur, turstier, toppturer og ski/slalåm på Gautefall skisenter. Sengetøy, håndklær, ved og utvask inngår i prisen!

Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt, så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Hytta vår ligger idyllisk til midt i Raet Nasjonalpark, helt for seg selv med spektakulær utsikt mot havet. Her kan du nyte turer, badeplasser og bølger, selv på stormfulle dager. Hytta er nyoppusset med Sigdal-kjøkken, ny veranda, markise, Weber-grill, bålpanne og utepeis. Sengeplass til 6. Robåt hører også til hytta, men man bør være flere for å løfte den ut.
