The apartment was fully renovated in 2025. It can be reached through a private entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you can walk to the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes to the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern.
