Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Masaryk Apartment

A few steps from the historical center of Český Krumlov, in a well-maintained villa from the First Republic, we offer a spacious, sunny, newly renovated apartment for sleeping and relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a perfect night's rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Villa Apartments 1932 is located within walking distance of the historical center of Český Krumlov. Guests have free private parking on the property behind the barrier.

Workshop in Art House Krumlov

Our Studio in the Art Maison Krumlov building offers beautiful accommodation in the style of the French countryside, close to the city center. Inside you will find a spacious living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms on two floors. You can relax and sit in the quiet back yard or in the main garden behind the house. For all admirers of South Bohemia, we offer accommodation in a newly renovated, former municipal shepherd's hut, about 200 years old. The cottage has all the comforts and space for 4 visitors. The entire cottage is at your disposal, two and a half rooms, a beautiful tiled stove, for which we will be happy to provide you with more detailed information. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, strong wifi. Small garden with terrace, Weber grill is also available

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
