On the Impressionist road, halfway between Paris and the waterfront, there are many opportunities for getaways ( GR, greenway by bike, Lyons forest). Rouen is one hour away and the Normandy coast in continuity. The cottage is self-contained, next to owners' house.

The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

La Grenouillère Gîte 🐸🏡

This cottage is a separate house from our main house. We are in the heart of a peaceful village while remaining close to amenities and tourist attractions. A welcome booklet will be there to guide you through your stay. This cottage is managed by my wife and myself. We will be your contact for making reservations and your hosts. Loft at the edge of the Lyons Forest

Charming accommodation in the old school of Martagny. A small peaceful village on the edge of the forest near Lyons-la-Forêt. On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.

It is a real "charming place", located in a small village 9 km from the main town. You will have at your disposal a pretty fully-equipped house within the property and parking access.
