The house has been recently renoveted and it's in the old village of Vezzano Ligure, on the hill overlooking the river Magra, just 2 km from the highway exit. You can easily reach touristic attractions such as Lerici (12km), Tellaro (15 km) , Sarzana (12 km), Portovenere (28km) and the central train station in La Spezia (14 km) where trains to 5 Terre leave. You can also easily reach Tuscany and its beautiful towns: Lucca, Pisa.

The apartment is in the village of Vezzano Ligure (lower). Vezzano is a medieval village, it is pedestrianized and cars must be left in the public parking lot outside the town. The village is quiet, has 2 bars, 2 tobacconists, and 2 grocery stores. There is a pizzeria, where you can eat an excellent pizza, focaccia, farinata and exceptional meat. For those without transportation, it is not optimal. The bus makes few trips. I recommend, if necessary, renting at least one scooter.
