Holiday rentals with lake access in Boudry District

Sehr sehr schöne Lage, direkt am See. Sehr ruhig, es war einfach wundervoll. Vielen Dank!

La maison de Christine est un vrai havre de paix, avec un magnifique jardin où les enfants ont pu jouer pendant que les adultes profitaient. Proche des commerces (Coop, boulangerie) ainsi que des trains et bateau, cette maison était très pratique et bien située. A 15-20 minutes de la plage à pieds (avec des enfants). Les lits étaient de bonne qualité et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande cet endroit chaleureux et confortable.

Wir waren mit der Familie und der Grossmutter dort. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für alle :) Die Lage ist genial; in 2 Minuten am See (über die Weide). Grosse Terrasse mit Morgensonne! Die Reise haben wir mit dem ÖV gemacht. Das geht, der Bus fährt stündlich in beide Richtungen. Ohne Gepäck ist die Station in 20Min erreichbar, mit Gepäck eher 30Min.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, letti molto comodi, tutto perfetto. Macchina del caffè e bollitore molto utili, con tutto l'occorrente per utilizzarli. Posto auto comodissimo e lago, ristoranti e funicolare a meno di 10 minuti da casa. Torneremo sicuramente, anche perchè ci siamo sentiti accolti con sollecitudine da Stephanie, sempre molto disponibile per consigli.

Ein traumhafter Rückzugsort direkt am See – mit viel Privatsphäre, ideal zum Entspannen und Geniessen. Das liebevoll renovierte Haus besticht durch seine originelle Einrichtung und den ganz eigenen Charme. Die gepflegte Gartenanlage lädt zum Verweilen und Spielen ein. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der öffentliche Verkehr und wunderschöne Ausflugsziele sind bequem (auch gut zu Fuss) erreichbar. Rundum ein perfekter Ort für eine erholsame Auszeit.

La maison et les environs sont très calmes et agréables tout en étant a proximité du lac, de tous les lieux d’attraction et des commerces et services . L’intérieur est typique d’une maison de campagne joliment rénovée avec du mobilier et des objets et décorations anciennes et personnelles. Il y a plein de petit détails attentionnés qui montre le soin et le goût des propriétaires envers les locataires. Le tout est confortable et crée une ambiance comme à la maison à condition de ne pas être des inconditionnels des ambiances modernes et déshumanisées. Le petit jardin, la présence de l’eau, rajoute à l’ambiance apaisante . Le seul point qu’on a eu du mal à trouver c’est l’éclairage du salon. Beaucoup de propositions et d’interrupteurs … mais je suppose que c’est propre à la suisse. En tout cas très bon séjour et une hôte prévenante, tout en étant très discrète.

Carole’s Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, unmittelbar am See und gleich beim Strand von Lutry. Das Seebad ist sehr hübsch und hat eine gute Infrastruktur. Am See entlang kann man in kurzer Zeit in das hübsche Städtchen spazieren und Kaffees und Restaurants erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist „klein aber fein“ und bietet eine grosse ,gut ausgestattete Terrasse mit wunderbarem Seeblick. Carole ist eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin, die uns hilfreiche Infos gab und uns Sachen zur Verfügung stellte, die wir nicht dabei hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

We stayed a month and felt right at home. The view is fantastic; bring your binoculars. Apartment is bright and spacious. There was never a wait for the elevator. Washer/dryer was easy to use. Kitchen had almost everything we needed (except a microwave). We used the AC one night, and it kept things cool (nice to know if you stay in warmer months). Lutry is a charming town with friendly store owners. The host will show you a “secret door” in the garage that makes it easy to get to the street below, where you can catch a bus to Lausanne or walk into town. In addition to Old Town Lutry, we also enjoyed walks in the other direction along the waterfront to Pully. We found the parking space easy to use. You’ll have a great stay here - we did and were sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay. The vinyards all around us, the incredible views of the lake and mountains in the background were beyond spectacular. We loved the little village of Grandvaux and that it was walking distance from our apartment. Who knew we would enjoy playing foosball each evening! My first time. I hope to be back again🥰

Je connaissais déjà l'appartement de Anne Sophie: confortable, dans le village du moyen àge, tout près des transports publics pour la ville. Quand je vais à Lausanne pour voir mes petits fils, , je cherche tout de suite cet appartement, pour voir s'il est libre.

This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé ! Le logement était très propre, agréable et conforme à la description. L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible pour répondre à nos messages. Je recommande vivement !

The views of Lake Geneva from the house are absolutely stunning. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. Overall, a peaceful and beautiful stay!

Einfach alles perfekt. Freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber und eine absolut tolle Wohnung. Modern, top ausgestattet, blitzsauber und fantastische Lage.

Great place to stay. Bolia was great to deal with. Even though we didn't speak each others languages we could communicate via Airbnb, Whats App and text messages easily. The combination of an old building and modern but not too modern interior was fantastic. Really peaceful and comfortable. Across the road from the chocolate factory but couldn't hear any noise. Nice walk up to Broc for the Coop, bakery etc. for supplies. Easy bus journey to Gruyere and the H R Giger museum and bar etc.

Es ist ein charmantes Haus am Wasser. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist wundervoll, das Rauschen des Sees lässt einen wunderbar schlafen. Der See ist direkt vor der Tür und lädt zum Bade ein. Mit dem Zug gelangt man von St-Prex an fast alle Orte am Genfersee. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

merveilleux séjour dans cadre de rêve

Wir waren schon das 2 mal bei Paloma im Chalet und es hat uns sehr gefallen und haben uns wohl gefühlt! Können wir empfehlen das Chalet und die Lage ist top! Leider mussten wir dieses Jahr auch wieder eine Matratze mit nehmen da unsere Kinder zu klein sind für im oberen Stock alleine zu schlafen da es nur über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist! Ein herziges Strandhäuschen mit einem schönen privaten Garten. Das Häuschen ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für Ferien mit Kindern braucht. Zu Fuss ist man in max. 10Minuten am wunderschönen Strand von Gletterens.

Die Lage ist absolut einmalig und der Steg einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt am Murtensee. Michael war ein sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche.

Wir durften 5 Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft genießen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und man fühlt sich Zuhause. Der Garten war ein kleines Paradies. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und meldet sich sehr schnell zurück . In wenigen Minuten gelangt man zum schönen Murten See.
