The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the calm of the countryside, close to the Loire (Loire by Bike), the GR3 accessible from the village. This house, despite its name, is fully restored and located in a quiet hamlet. Double bed upstairs with 1 extra bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor (140 x 200). You can prepare a friendly meal thanks to the fully equipped kitchenette. A break in a green setting! + €15 for the use of a 3rd bed.

Studio on two levels in a green and calm environment. A corner of the garden will be at your disposal, where you will be able to come across chickens and roosters who will come to greet you. Parking is possible in the courtyard or in front of the house. Prohibited: Smoking / Vaping / Animals / Unauthorized people. Obligation: make the apartment clean.
