Une petite maison chaleureuse avec une grande baie vitrée. Il y a 2 chambres et un jardin de 20m2. Totalement rénovée par nos soins. A 50m du quai de l'Isère avec jeux pour enfants, terrains de pétanque, voies réservées au vélo. À 200m du centre ville avec tous les commerces de proximité, mais environnement très calme À 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de romans, marché le dimanche. Proche de valence, gare tgv, à 1h de Lyon et Grenoble.
