A 50m du bord de l'Isère avec jeux pour enfants, terrains de pétanque, voies réservées au vélo. À 200m du centre ville avec tous les commerces de proximité, mais environnement très calme À 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de romans, marché le dimanche. Proche de valence, gare tgv, à 1h de Lyon et Grenoble.
