Centrally located - a short walk to the Boatslip and Joe’s Coffee and practically next door to Pop & Dutch. The bed was comfortable. All advertised amenities were available. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t perfect.

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. We had a great time staying at Lance's place. The location was perfect for everything we both wanted and needed to do while in Scituate, extremely convenient. Also, Lance took the time to check in with us via text and make sure we got settled, which was really nice. Great stay!

Really cute and nice place! Would have been nice to know that one of the beds was a child bed since we had to have a guest sleep on the couch but otherwise, really quaint place for a getaway in a beautiful area!

We were here for a wedding at Ocean Edge. The accommodations were great and perfect location!

Beautiful area, accommodations as described. Would definitely recommend. Only issue was the keyless entry did not work on arrival, but with one phone issue was resolved.

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the place was very comfortable. The instructions as well as the check-in were easy and simple! Communicating with Jeff was also super easy. This pace was super convenient for us as we were participating in a weekend golfing event at Captains Golf Course which is located very close to Ocean Edge Resort. The home is lovely and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place!

Stephen's place was perfect for our 20th anniversary get away. His place was so cozy, charming, well appointed and clean! we were so comfortable there. It was quiet and yet Commercial St and all it's restaurants and shops were just around the corner. it was great to walk out your door and have access to all the aliveness of PTown right there. Stephen was such a welcoming and responsive host. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

Comfortable yet spacious home nestled in the woods of New Seabury. Great location to visit beaches and restaurants. Just minutes from Mashpee Commons and Falmouth for shopping and dining. Beautiful place, Thanks Alex!

This house was absolutely perfect for everything we had planned for our stay in the Cape. Walking distance to some bars/restaurants and also to Chatham commons which was about 3 miles away. Ubers available but wanted to walk and window shop all the art galleries, cheese shops, and antiques along the way. (A charming Christmas store called Christmas Joy at the end of the street, a must) Harwich was another great place to be either day or night. Five min drive from the bnb to bars/restaurants and to the Freedom Ferry where you can get to Nantucket. Need to write another review for the Freedom Ferry because we had the BEST day with them. Could have stayed longer than 3 nights honestly. Would 110% stay here again. Was traveling with dogs and this yard was top notch for outdoor hangs. Hope to be back soon.

Very nicely appointed and recently renovated/decorated Cape Cod ranch house with shore touches through out. Pretty much everything one could ask for including great location. I am sure the coming additional improvements will make it even a better place to stay.

Clean, comfortable home that had everything needed for our stay. On a quiet dirt road, close to the beach, it has a spacious yard with flower and herb gardens and a patio to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely come again!

Fantastic little gem in Dennis for a peaceful East Coast vacation! Comfortable beds, walkable community roads to check out wildlife and the water, and excellent launch pad to explore the Cape! Enjoyed the stay!

What can I say ? Oh gosh so much to say ….. the photos don’t do the place justice . It’s incredible, private , fun , you can bring a dog ! I loved it . I wound up alone every night as my group all wound up not being to make it out . I am normally nervous alone … and I wasn’t it was so peaceful and safe feeling . I adore this home and for you golfers …. Yes that’s a fairway with some clubs and balls all over to just putt …. What a place ! I hope to stay again with my family next time . And yes I had. A fire in the fireplace outside . I kept thinking the young buck I saw run thru the yard may come up and join me …. So exhilarating…. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with me . Elizabeth

The house and hosts were amazing - The perfect acommodation in the perfect location for a three generation family vacation. We had ample room to play some of the many games at the house during the stormy days while we were there. The youngest member of the family was thrilled with all the beach toys and books that were available. This house is extremely well equipped for children and we did not miss anything. We loved the easy access to the beach, even on rainy days, and walked to downtown Barnstable often. Yael was super responsive to our questions. One of the best places we've ever stayed at, thank you Yael for making this stay so easy and your house so comfortable.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Joe is a thoughtful and attentive host who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort and experience. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described, if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens and fully stocked kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi and quiet surroundings. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and it's conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and major routes. Joe was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout my stay. She made sure I had everything I needed, offered great local tips, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt right at home.
