Julie was fantastic from initial contact. She was immediately responsive and accommodating. We’d prearranged a late checkin, and arrived to a lovely considerate welcome package including bread, milk and jams. Julie’s place was lovely, cosy and quiet. It had everything we could need, and access to it was safe, simple and private. Julie had lots of local recommendations for us when asked, which was appreciated. She was also keen to listen to our experiences to pass on to future guests. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed using our base to explore all the west coast had to offer. We enjoyed that the accomodation displayed some of Julie’s own artwork- we were even lucky enough to arrive during an artists open studio weekend, so had the pleasure of seeing Julie’s studio - an added bonus.

We had an excellent week at this property. Lovely location, we enjoyed our walks down to the beach each day with our dog. Such a lovely buzz on the beach, very chilled. The open top bus from the site to Sandbanks and Poole was great. Our teenage daughter and her friend made use of this a couple of times to go shopping and explore a little on their own. We visited Corfe Castle, which was in a lovely place and parked on the Purbeck car park (rather than the actual Castle Car Park) which gave a lovely scenic walk through and passed over the Steam Railway. We visited Lulworth Cove and did the cliff top walk over to Durdle Door, which was an amazing site. Weymouth is beautiful, very sunny that day so perfect for a sea side resort. We took a look at the Beach Hut, in a great place, with a green area, Cafe and play park. Would work really well as a base for enjoying yourselves, especially if you have younger children. Great location - Very Quiet yet within short walking distance to Milford on Sea centre with Shops, Restaurants, Pubs and the beach. Clean, comfortable and very well equiped> it had everything you need for a relaxing break. Kevin is very welcoming and helpful. Leaving cake on arrival was a nice and most welcome touch, and also the Dishwasher was a nice surprise.

Such a great experience. A fantastic place we would want to come to again. A gem in quirk and different. We stayed in the tree house and it was so peaceful because we were surrounded by nature. The perfect place to get away from ‘the hustle & bustle of life’ Will highly recommend and return to try the other accommodations listed. A great end to a great break in Dorset. Deb & Dunk x

Cozy little stay with brutal surroundings. Fully equipped so cooking for two is no issue!

We absolutely loved our stay. The caravan was gorgeous, clean, and in a great location to watch the sea and squirrels. We did not want to leave, a perfect cozy home by the sea.

We had a lovely couple of nights in the Everdene shepherd's hut. It was so peaceful, with stunning views. The hut itself was spotless, and spacious enough for the three of us ( 2 adults, one child ). The shepherd's huts are set aside in a separate area to the main camping pitches. It has a log burner and fire pit, with plenty of logs available. The shared bathrooms were very clean, modern, and spacious. We didn't have any real queries, but Linda was responsive to messages, and we met her in person after we'd arrived, when she seemed to be walking around the site, checking her guests were ok. Moonfleet Farm is a great location for exploring Dorset. The Fox pub is a 10 minute walk away, across a couple of fields. We plan to return in the October Half-term!

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

Well laid out tiny home in it’s own garden at the rear of the house. Good location for walking and exploring the coastal path. Great cafe around the corner with a local shop for supplies. Will definitely be back.

Sue and Ben are the most welcoming and lovely hosts. Helped us out as soon as we arrived and made us feel at home. The cabin was gorgeous and the location is so quiet! Thank you both!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Had an amazing two night stay here. Was very easy to find following the instructions provided. Beautiful location and no noise. Cabin was really cosy and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and provides everything you need and more. Hosts were very pleasant and welcoming also providing a nice book of things to do in the area. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice that the dog could run free in the garden. Everything was to our liking.

Great little hut on the edge of the heathland, that perfectly suited a chilled night with our youngest son, he absolutely loved the hut, collecting wood for the fire and the rope swing . Perfect nights sleep had by all.

A lovely hut in the New Forest, beside the local pub (which we didn’t actually try). A peaceful location! Really well appointed, luxurious hut, with v comfy bed and a lovely bathroom! What more could you want!

The shepherd's hut is the perfect peaceful getaway if you want to be in the middle of nature. Ducks, geese and a peacock wander the lawn - slice of heaven

This is our second visit this year. We absolutely love The Hut. A quiet, cosy space which feels very private. Jo has provided all the essentials and some you didn't even realise you needed. We loved cooking and sitting by the fire in the evenings. The bed is super comfy and the area so quite, we had a wonderful night's sleep and felt ready for a day off exploring the New Forest. We can't recommend The Hut enough.

Yulia accommodated me last minute (on the day) and what a wonderful tiny home it was. Peaceful, yet only minutes walk from local shops and the centre of Ringwood, it’s the perfect location for resting, relaxing and having a great down time. Highly recommended. The bed is so comfortable, and you have everything you’ll need. There’s even a selection of teas and coffees at your disposal. Her communication was top tier, and Yulia is a wonderful host! Will definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure stopping at Sharon and Jon’s Shepherd Hut. It was part of their lovely house in an idyllic secluded area of Dorset, with easy access to the coast. Would highly recommend for those looking to get away.

An exquisite gem! The hut is beautifully and cleverly designed for a small space. Really clean and comfortable - slept so well. Wonderful location with lovely walks a couple of minutes from the hut. Rachel was such a warm host - thank you so much!

Amazing hut, amazing location, amazing owners, beautiful garden, very close drive to the beach, very thoughtful welcome snacks and a great booklet with all the advice you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I recommend Claire's we had the best time everything was catered for and the surroundings set in the woods was amazing thank you for everything and the breakfast was just what we needed and very tasty we will be back

We had a great stay at Maurietty. Jo’s instructions to find it were really clear and we had no issues at all. The cabin is spotless with everything you need for a short break. Maurietty really is in the middle of the New Forest , surrounded by lots of walks and lovely places or eat and drink. I would recommend staying with Jo to all my friends and family , and will be booking Maurietty again when we come back to visit the New Forest. Thank you Jo !
