Tiny Home by the Sea with allocated free parking

Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

There are buses from directly outside the property. Set in beautiful, peaceful woodlands, looking out over acres of uninterrupted fields, a stream alongside for you to explore. Surrounded by wildlife, animals, onsite parking and a shop 2 mins walk.

Southbourne Chalet close to the clifftop

This lovely chalet in my garden is about 200yds from Southbourne clifftop, 5mins from the beach. There are 2 pubs very close by and local shops, bars and restaurants just an 8min walk away. Busses are very frequent from Southbourne Grove and there's on road parking if you need it. Pokesdown train station is about 15mins walk . In the chalet is a comfy double bed, private shower and W.C and a television. There's a fridge and microwa I'll leave some essentials like milk, tea and coffee. Enjoy!

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Quiet Garden lodge. Brekki inc. 10 min to ferry.

Light,self contained private room /shower in my garden. Own south facing patio and table. Comfy king bed. Very Quiet location. Easy walking distance to Poole Town Quay about 25 minutes by foot. Lively Ashley Cross with bars/pubs only 20 mins walk. B'mth beaches/ Sandbanks are just a short distance by car/bus. Parking on road after 6pm Monday - Friday. All other times -2 hour parking from 8am to 6pm. Weekends - no restrictions. I supply a basic continental breakfast, I can cater for coeliacs.

Lymore Orchard is the perfect place for a getaway for 2. The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio and separate shepherds hut with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.

A Modern Luxury Cabin on The Jurassic Coast is a self-contained cabin in our garden. Built in July 2020 & 5m square it's a compact studio with a double bed & a mezzanine which sleeps a young adult as it's accessed by a steep ladder. Not suitable for children under 12yrs . En-Suite shower room and kitchenette with a hob, fridge & microwave. Quality furnishings & luxury toiletries. Very close to the beach, shops, cafes & takeaways. Sorry we don't accept pets.
