Located between land and sea in a quiet corner of paradise and not overlooked, Mlle O' Garden is a house in a beautiful and large garden overlooking the fields and the sea when it decides (it's worth it!). A setting that invites you to relax. If you're on the move, it's ideally located for visiting the area. In the town of Bourg-Dun, a charming village near Veules-les-Roses, 5 minutes from St Aubin-sur-Mer beach (large sandy beach and water activities) and Quiberville.

Seafront house

Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The village itself has been elected "one of the most beautiful villages in France" in a famous TV show. All the houses stick to the reputation and all have roses in front of them. The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

Exceptional and quiet sea view.

New independent apartment on the ground floor located in a modern house, well located in a quiet setting with exceptional sea views. Quiberville is located on the Alabaster Coast between Dieppe and Veules-les-Roses. Very nice place on the coast where you will find many hiking trails, you can practice sports, kitesurfing, windsurfing, in summer the nautical club is open with boat rentals. In this seaside resort, we find all kinds of shops.

Clean, the cabin will offer you moments (and colors) of rare beauty to recharge your batteries alone, with family or friends and enjoy: hiking, gastronomy, kite surfing, paragliding, fishing or simply living nature, the rhythm of the tides and rest. It seems that after sleeping in linen sheets you don't need them anymore. Its brightness and sound insulation make it particularly pleasant even in winter.

Close to the sea, and in the heart of the Normandy countryside, I am pleased to welcome you to my 400 m² house, completely restored to regain its authenticity and charm in its 2 hectare park (5000 m² usable). This typical farm is located in its enclosed farmhouse with its horses (depending on the season) and surrounded by fields. Modernity and authenticity are the key words of our house.

Straddling Varengeville-sur-Mer and Sainte-Marguerite-sur-Mer, this superb renovated villa is surrounded by a fully enclosed 3000 m2 garden, very close to Vasterival Beach, amid the many walking paths that Varengeville and Sainte-Marguerite have to offer. Linens and towels included in the rate! This is the perfect place for a total change of scenery.

In a quiet, flowery and sunny lane, in the heart of a charming seaside resort, you will spend your holidays in an old fisherman's house freshly restored in natural materials. Facing south, 100 m from the beach, shops and restaurants. As residents of the village, we will be happy to share our passion for the Alabaster Coast with you.
