If you want to discover our region, this house is ideally located, close to the main roads Nantes/St Nazaire and Nantes/Vannes. 35 km from Nantes Atlantique Airport, the SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, the city center, cinema and shopping area are also within walking distance. Discover Nantes and the machines of the island, Le Croisic and the wild coast, Guérande and the salt marshes, St Marc and the beach of Mr Hulot… For hikers: the GR 3 passes near the house!

Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, near the Nantes-Brest canal and its pretty bike rides (2 bikes available for rent). Amenities (bakery, shopping mall). Less than 10 minutes away: Lake Savenay, tree climbing, inflatable structures, 2 water centers. This former stone barn, completely renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet hamlet, equipped with a kitchen for your meals. A nice break with family or friends in a green setting

The house consists of 3 bedrooms that can be configured with single or double beds, and it is possible to have 10 beds on request. 1 bathroom with a 1.20 m x 1 m pebble shower is available and 1 toilet on the ground floor. A second bathroom with shower upstairs. High-speed wifi available. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. A large quiet terrace with a flowery garden. Charcoal barbecue.
