A real haven of peace for those who appreciate the calm. You will be very close to Savenay (5km) and its La Colleraye shopping area

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, near the Nantes-Brest canal and its pretty bike rides (2 bikes available for rent). Amenities (bakery, shopping mall). Less than 10 minutes away: Lake Savenay, tree climbing, inflatable structures, 2 water centers. This former stone barn, completely renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet hamlet, equipped with a kitchen for your meals. A nice break with family or friends in a green setting

Fans of the most famous little wizards or not, come and spend a magical time with family, friends, in a warm place, subtle blend of modernity and authenticity, quiet and exotic 40 minutes from Nantes (Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, Voyage à Nantes, Zénith...) and Saint-Nazaire/La Baule (Escale Atlantique, beaches, casino...). The cottage is located between the Gâvre Forest and the Nantes-Brest Canal, perfect for recharging your batteries in contact with nature.

Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

A friendly place, ideal in the countryside. Guests can enjoy hikes, rejuvenate, peace and quiet, animals present dogs, cats, rabbits, ponies.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
