The comfortable and renovated 60 m2 detached house has reversible air conditioning, a terrace and a private garden. Stone and wood house completely restored in 2024. Located close to the owners in the village of Bouzic. Access via a wide staircase leading to a terrace. Entrance to the living room, pleasant living room and fully equipped kitchen. A balcony with stunning views of the Bouzic hills and the shared garden. On the ground floor, you will have access via a slightly narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a shower & toilet.
