19th century winemakers' house that has been completely restored and modernised whilst painstakingly preserving its original features. The property consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms - three of which have views over the town's château gardens. Other areas include roof terrace with views over the lagoon, spacious salon with fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. In the heart of the village of Bouzigues and all its shops and restaurants (bakery, grocery store, tobacco press, hairdresser) but only 200 meters from the beach, we offer an outbuilding like a small house in the heart of our very wooded garden. You will also have access to our swimming pool (shared use with us only) Entry is through a vineyard and the garden is not suspected at first glance. This is where the studio is located.

Its proximity to the city of Sète, the hometown of our beloved Georges Brassen and its famous Théâtre de la Mer, offers a nice typical trip to the shores of the Mediterranean. Montpellier is 30 km away.
