Check-in and check-out was easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, and we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until 0:00, then it only came back at 5:00. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city center of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best - after the promenade you are standing directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that they work with attention to detail. The personal greeting by our host was particularly nice, who warmly welcomed us and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

Impeccable accommodation! The latter is extremely well located and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, moreover it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well provided with accessories and amenities, finding as many amenities for cooking as well as swimming or taking care of toddlers. (Air conditioning in each of the bedrooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, making himself at the disposal of his tenants in order to be able to guide them and help them as best as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and enjoy your future stays to the fullest!

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the accommodation. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded quickly and kindly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a small child. You can also quickly get from the accommodation by car to shopping and to Montpellier (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would like to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The place is spacious and we really felt comfortable. The greenery surrounding the apartment made our stay even more enjoyable. It is highly recommended!

Angelique's apartment is comfortable and quiet. A bike path passes nearby. A shopping area is 5 minutes' drive away, as well as the thermal baths of Balaruc. Very good welcome from Angélique, I recommend her accommodation.

Pleasant accommodation for the two of us and our two dogs. We were very well received by Mireille and Jean Michel who are very welcoming and accommodating. We recommend this accommodation and we thank them for accepting pets, it's a chance for us to be able to take them on vacation.

Very well located accommodation, direct view of the square. This very positive point is however associated with several disadvantages (nightly discussions of local residents, Thursday morning market...) Catherine is friendly and very responsive and the accommodation is easy to find.

Perfect place, much bigger than in the pictures and extremely well located! Two minutes walk to downtown as well as car parks at the entrance to the city. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this apartment, very spacious and well decorated.

We had a great time at this cottage. It is well located, particularly quiet, and well equipped. Nothing to say about cleanliness. The only downside for us was the bathroom, with a sink (rather than a real sink), a little stuck next to the toilet. However, given the configuration of the place, it might have been difficult to do better. Clément is a really lovely person, welcoming, available, caring and always ready to help or meet our needs if necessary (I have rarely met this with other providers). The relationship with him is simple and direct. It almost feels like being greeted by a friend. We would have been happy to go hiking with him (I'm sure he would have accepted if that had been the case!). He also gives good advice. We recommend this cottage!
