We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.

We are a 2 minute drive to to Boyne Mountain ski and Golf Resort. There is a big yard and a swing set for children. This house is very close to the Boyne river and may not be suitable for young children or toddlers. We do NOT have an outlet suitable for charging EVs and the nearest charging station is located at Boyne Mountain Resort just a couple of minutes from here. please top off before arriving.
