Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. The property is ideally located to visit places like Boscastle & Padstow

Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

A pretty barn conversion at pencuke farm holiday cottages and close to the beach, pub and cafes. Offers really spacious accommodation for two, or a couple with a baby or child. An extra bed can be added for £50 per week or part thereof. Please ask if you would like this. Darzona also has ultra fast fibre broadband, perfect if you need to work during your stay. There’s a pay per use 7.2kw EV charge point and indoor golf simulator for hire.

Sunny studio with rural views

A bright self-contained studio between Launceston and Bude with stunning rural views. Located in a secluded, elevated position between the moors and beaches of North Cornwall, it is perfect for a couple of nights away or a holiday. We have been welcoming guests for 9 years now although for the last 12 months have hosted a Ukrainian family who have now returned home.

Plenty of parking. Beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. One bedroom but plenty of space to use the put-you-up beds and use a cot. The lounge has a double sofa bed. Own kitchen and Bathroom.
