Cosy 1 bed flat in East London

8 MINUTES WALK FROM ELIZABETH LINE STATION FOREST GATE. The flat was fully renovated in 2019. It's has an open plan, fully equipped kitchen diner, the blue velvety sofa is very snugly. Overall it has got a cosy and modern feel. It is on the ground floor, facing the garden and parking, therefore it is very quiet. On the top floor of a beautiful Victorian mansion block, amidst the trendy restaurants & bars of Dalston - tucked away on a side street, full of natural light and plants this is a great base to explore from + a place to retreat to and relax!! The self contained lounge transforms into a comfortable second bedroom with a double futon bed (with a deep, comfortable mattress). Or pull down the black out blinds and charge up the projector to make a great cinema room! 1 or 4 people, its a fab!
