Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Louise is one of the best hosts ever!! Not only a gorgeous house but a gorgeous human being, helpful, friendly, couldn’t do more for us. The house was beautiful and clean, near the loveliest village. Shops were 2 minute walk away and lively pubs also! Would definitely return x

We stayed at Marie’s place as a family of three for the National Schools Regatta. We wanted somewhere close to Holme Pierrepont where we could have our own space to prepare and unwind. Marie’s house fit the bill perfectly. It had everything we needed and she was an extremely proactive host, both before and during our stay. We’d definitely recommend the place to anybody needing to stay locally, especially for the National Watersports Centre (20 minutes away). We will certainly be back again in the future!

We had a great 7-night stay, the house was spotless, fresh, and just like the listing. There's a lovely little park right outside, and a supermarket and 24-hour fast food just a short walk away. Suport convenient and quiet, we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Little Bunny’s Retreat Absolutely beautiful surroundings, in lovely countryside location. It’s Very quiet and tranquil, it’s the most relaxed we’ve been for a long time escaping the stresses of modern day life, and the jacuzzi and the little personal bar on the decking was the icing on the cake ! It’s was very clean and looked after and set ready to a nice warm temperature, ready to jump straight in if you like (we did) . The lodge its self is simply beautiful ! Very clean with all mod cons and more ! We will definitely be going back and staying longer next time ! Cannot recommend enough

We had a great stay at the Coffin Maker's Cottage. We were attending a wedding in Nottingham and then an evening event nearby so this was really convenient for both. Beautiful accommodation as described in a beautiful peaceful setting. We met the owners who were very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
