There is also a municipal parking lot approximately 100 meters away. In the surrounding area, there is the Graça Morais Contemporary Art Center and the Sé Church. The apartment is new and is decorated in a modern and elegant way, with excellent quality materials, and also has a balcony overlooking the garden.

It was here, that in the time of my grandfather, the mare that he was riding when he went to the fairs to Vinhais, or to deal with other affairs of the couple, a couple in Vila Nova da Rainha.
