Our house is located directly on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. The bike path and the cross-country ski trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is within 5 minutes' reach. The studio is located in the lower part of the house with a separate entrance and directly connected carport. Your skis or bicycles also fit in there. We have furnished our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent the periods in between.

In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. Apartment 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with a sitting area and a spacious bedroom with two box spring beds and a bunk bed. From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here.
