Beautiful grade II listed water mill house on the North Norfolk coast just 15 minutes walk to fashionable Burnham Market and with wonderful walks out to the dunes and sea. The house has a large airy sitting room with a gallery and a log burner and a well equipped kitchen. There are four double bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with adult-size bunk beds and one with twin beds. The gallery has a sofa bed. The private south facing terrace has idyllic views of the mill pond and amazing wildlife

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Garden completely secure for small children (cot, high chair and stairgate available). Full central heating makes it ideal for winter breaks. A perfect cottage for year round family holidays. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom give easy accessibility for those with limited mobility. Sorry, no dogs.

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.

The Old Grain Barn, nr North Norfolk coast

Self-catering luxury holiday barn conversion in Little Snoring, perfectly located in the heart of North Norfolk, and under 15 minutes to the beach. The property is a simply stunning converted Norfolk brick and flint barn with 4 en-suite bedrooms. The barn was converted and finished to an exceptionally high standard in 2016, and it's design means that there are some outstanding features found within the property.

Burnham Market-Car Parking-Great Location

Just 5 minutes walk from the Hoste. The cottage has 2 parking spaces . It sleeps 6, 1 double with en-suite, 1 double with cot & 1 twin bedded room, there is a second bathroom on the ground floor. CHECK in is generally on a Friday for weekend bookings due to cleaning. I do take 2 night bookings but during Bank Holidays & Summer holidays often it’s a minimum of 3 nights.
