The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Walserstuba apartment

The apartment Walserstuba is located directly in the center of Brand and still quiet. You will find an ancient belt floor and a plywood as it was customary for centuries in fire - carefully renovated with attention to detail. And yet there is not a lack of all timely equipment. The village railway - your entry into the Brandnertal ski area - is only a few minutes' walk away. Also the small savings market, the golf course, the ski schools and numerous restaurants.

Haus Sunnehalde Flumserberg- Tannenheim

Das idyllische Haus befindet sich im Ski- und Wandergebiet Flumserberg sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche sowie die Wohn- und Schlafbereiche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und Bettwäsche, (jedoch keine Frottee- oder Badetücher)wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Da es ein älteres Haus ist, sind die Raumhöhen im ganzen Haus relativ niedrig. Im Sommer kann der grosszügige Garten mit Terrasse und einem Cheminee genutzt werden. Right in the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, bike‘n‘board lodge. Directly at the entrance to Schliefwaldtobel and only 10min walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill barbecue garden, which is for your sole use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.

Vacation home "Füchsle" in the log cabin Metzler

In the silence of nature at 1,000 meters above sea level lies the apartment "Füchsle" with 42 square meters in the basement of our house, which was built in 1981 in block construction. Enjoy the breathtaking view of a unique mountain scenery from the spacious terrace. Skiers can ski directly from the front door to the ski slope in the snowy months. In the summer months, you can hike directly from the apartment.
