PROS: free of charge parking places (!) + location in the middle of natural park + calm & quiet + incl. bedlinen & towels + hairdryer + WiFi + cooking facilities + overground station in fron of the house + check-in at night possible + babybed + elevator CONTRAS: old building -> poor sound isolation - little double/full bed (140x200) - expensive

3 Charming 2 Room Apartment in Berlin Mitte

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Chausseestrasse in Berlin Mitte. Durch die zentrale Lage und perfekte Anbindung zur U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram kann die Metropole Berlin schnell und bequem erreicht werden. Zum Hauptbahnhof Berlin, Alexanderplatz oder Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse sind nur 10-15 Gehminuten. Dein perfektes Zuhause für Urlaub und Besichtigung, aber auch ein Rückzugsort für Erholung und Entspannung, oder Besuch von Museen und Theater und Oper. Ich freue mich auf Deinen Besuch!

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
