Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Quietly located, you can reach the city center and shopping in 5 minutes. 300 meters away, the Val Blu resort (wellness/gym) beckons. Ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes, Lake Constance in 35 minutes. The Dornbirn Exhibition Park is 25 minutes away, and the Brandnertal Bike Park is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the view of the mountains and valley from the sunny side of the mountain. Hiking trails are within walking distance, and in winter the journey is also easy without winter equipment.

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Walserstuba apartment

The apartment Walserstuba is located directly in the center of Brand and still quiet. You will find an ancient belt floor and a plywood as it was customary for centuries in fire - carefully renovated with attention to detail. And yet there is not a lack of all timely equipment. The village railway - your entry into the Brandnertal ski area - is only a few minutes' walk away. Also the small savings market, the golf course, the ski schools and numerous restaurants.

Urlaub in den Alpen Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in den Bergen (1000 m ü. A.) stellt für jede/n eine warme und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Bleibe zum vernünftigen Preis dar. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Euer Bergerlebnis beginnt hier direkt vor der Haustüre – sei es beim Wandern, Skifahren oder einfach beim Innehalten und Staunen.

The municipality of Nüziders is centrally located to the 5 valleys of Klostertal, Montafon, Brandnertal, Walgau and large Walsertal and offers many leisure activities in the field of sports, hiking, cycling and culture as well as the proximity to numerous recreational and ski resorts. The alpine town of Bludenz with old town is within easy reach.

Brandnertal Vacation Rental

Right in the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, bike‘n‘board lodge. Directly at the entrance to Schliefwaldtobel and only 10min walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill barbecue garden, which is for your sole use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.

Brandnerhus - Garden 3-room apartment No. 02

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The name says it all for these apartments, as local materials such as wood and stone were used in the construction. The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand. A Brand service, i.e. a warm, genuine hospitality can thus be felt.

Our apartment sleeps up to four people and has a bedroom and a kitchen-living room. A pull-out couch, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi are also available. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The terrace and a small garden invite you to relax and linger in. There is also a heated basement compartment. A carport is available for the safe parking of your car.
