Located steps away from the attractions of Brantome, in one of its oldest streets, you can easily access its restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and walks. It offers an oasis of calm with its garden, very private, overlooking the city. Old, it has been completely modernized inside, with air conditioning, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, washing machines, dishwasher and dryer, wood stove... Come and relax at any time of the year.

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.

It's a nice trailer in its fern forest, on the edge of a beautiful pond, where you will be totally immersed in the forest, in an enchanting and quiet setting. No neighbors, except for deer, frogs and herons, you will be able to recharge your batteries and find serenity in contact with nature.
