The 35 m2 apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, fully equipped (fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, small electric oven, kettle and coffee maker). A bedroom overlooking a small courtyard will allow you to eat your meals outside, a shower room and a washing machine to do your laundry even on vacation. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
