If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Klima, sowie einen möblierten 14 m² Balkon vor. Ein kostenloser Autoabstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Seenahe ist eine ruhige Selbstversorger-Unterkunft, nur wenige Auto Minuten vom Grabensee entfernt und perfekt für Ihre Auszeit. Als Goodie bieten wir ein kleines Starter Frühstück an!

Bright, cozy, personally managed – a quiet retreat with its own local spring and pure nature by the spring stream.

The adjacent forest is suitable for long walks and the forest lake can be reached in just 10 minutes. The bus stop is 150 m away, the train station about 5 km. The popular bathing lakes such as Lake Mattsee, Lake Irrsee and Lake Mondsee can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The private bathroom is only accessible via the shared anteroom, where other guests are also on the go. The windows can only be partially shaded – perfect for waking up with the sun. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. There are up to 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate Toilet. Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.
