"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

Our 2nd home - 5km away from our grandchildren. The whole house for you. Everything renovated and refurbished. Vacation in the Vulkaneifel - a 12 minutes drive from the A1, no "through traffic" and super quiet. 10 minutes to reach Gerolstein and yet so central that there are plenty of hiking opportunities. And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley

We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
