Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable or equipped for infants.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2 family house and has 65 m², a south facing terrace. In the bedroom there is a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a large wardrobe. In the living room there are two pull-out sets, living room closet and the tv. The kitchen is fully equipped. WC, shower bath, (washing machine and/ or dryer for an extra charge €2,- per use.) 1 car parking is free of charge. Very good infrastructure. Rental from 4 nights.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

We are a family with two children (9 and 15 years) and live in the center of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is an inlay apartment in our residential building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are around the corner. We have beautiful views over the Rhine Valley.
