The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Our Loft 2 is located in a former stable and was newly renovated and modernly furnished in the summer of 2023. With approximately 120 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. In the Bulthaup kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals together and enjoy them in the spacious kitchen or on the private terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds, one with a walk-in closet, as well as a sofa bed are available for sleeping. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Chiemsee.
