Holiday rentals with a patio in Breitbrunn am Chiemsee

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Markus and Susi. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. Overlooks farmlands and horses grazing with the sound only of birds to wake you in the morning. convenient to grocery store for essentials. A bus connects to the S Banh. Apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Markus and Susi and family were helpful and friendly . we loved staying here. thank you so much.

I was alone at Lake Chiemsee for professional reasons, the apartment was actually much too large for that, but the location was simply ideal for me. The apartment is really great, very close to the lake. I arrived by train and bus - no problem at all, as a bus stop is only about 100m from the apartment. The apartment is comfortably furnished and I found it sparkling clean. I can absolutely recommend a stay here and will gladly come back if I am in the area again.

Really beautiful apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was really clean and the decorations gave it a really cozy feeling. Florian and Sandra were very friendly and fast to respond, even providing us with local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for longer!

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

We have stayed at many Airbnb‘s and this one has been extra special. Inga is a warm, friendly, considerate and very helpful host. The apartment is immaculate, furnished beautifully and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed very comfortable. The apartment is located in a very peaceful setting with views of the mountains and Greenfields and forests. Our only sad thing to share is that we have to leave. We do hope to come again a top notch stay thanks to a top-notch lady.

Full 5 stars!! The accommodation is as described and pictured or even better. The furnishings are top-notch and most hotels can learn a thing or two from the cleanliness. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had bicycles with us (without prior notice), and we were immediately offered a parking space in the shed. I didn't even have the opportunity to ask ;) For our children, the bunk bed and the adjacent play area with trampoline were the highlight. The surroundings around the Simmsee, but also Chiemsee, were very beautiful. In particular, the Simmsee is not yet so crowded. Everything can be easily reached from the accommodation by car. We can very well imagine another vacation in the accommodation!

The apartment was absolutely top-notch – it really lacked nothing. Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped. We felt right at home The contact with the landlords was very warm and uncomplicated. A clear recommendation - we would love to come back!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Visiting Bavaria for a family road trip, we had a great time at Anna's place. The accommodation was clean, perfectly equipped and located in a very quiet environment. Ideal for relaxation after a good hike. Would highly recommend!

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We spent 3 days in this beautiful house and had a great Family time. The house was very clean and is equipped with everything needed. We highly recommend - only missing point was the WiFi

We were able to spend a very nice and relaxing time here again. The beautiful view, three different seating areas outside, garden, terrace, covered barbecue area and the quiet secluded location of the house are absolutely recommended. The surrounding area invites you to do numerous activities. The hosts Jutta and Hannes are friendly, unobtrusive, but always approachable and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in Doris' beautiful apartment. Super clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Doris and she showed us everything. We were able to safely park our bicycles in the garage and the car in the underground garage. We had great weather and were able to use the beautiful terrace with garden. The location was ideal for longer bike rides in the Chiemgau, the Wendelstein region and the Mangfall Mountains. In addition, a swimming pool is just around the corner, there are great swimming spots in the Mangfall as well as restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. We didn't feel for a second that we were missing anything. Highly recommended, especially for a longer relaxing vacation! Thank you, Doris 😊

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come again. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The accommodation, in typical Bavarian style, has been able to charm us very much: in a quiet, green residential area in the immediate vicinity of the Chiemsee, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay present, neat and spacious for 2 people. Clear instructions, smooth written contact with the landlord, a folder full of tourist information and a small welcome gift made our arrival all the more pleasant. The apartment in Chieming was the ideal base for us to explore the region and to make day trips to Munich, Salzburg, Königssee, … We had a great week there!

Charming apartment whose excellent location in the countryside invites you to relax. The apartment is obviously a few years old, but it is functional in all respects and satisfactory for everyone. We felt right at home. Communication with F. was problem-free and always friendly. We'll be back.

Marc is a very friendly and accommodating host. The check-in was super uncomplicated. The apartment itself is optimally designed and equipped for 2 people. Spent 4 very nice nights here.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!
