Die Ferienwohnung am Beginn einer Sackgasse enthält eine ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (kann für bis zu 2 Personen ausgezogen werden, man schläft auf 2 richtigen Matratzen) und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Dreisessel. Der Geh- und Radweg beginnt direkt vorm Haus. Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände sowie angrenzend auf einem großen Wanderparkplatz vorhanden. Achtung: Nicht für Tierhaar-Allergiker geeignet. Kurtaxe inbegriffen.

Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.
