Great stay and great host, I highly recommend

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

The Sydney House is very good, spacious, comfortable and has air-conditioning in every room. The security of the condominium is strict and effective, which makes us very safe.

Great stay. Excellent value for money, especially when compared to the accommodations available in the region. The host was super helpful, demonstrating proactivity, local knowledge and flexibility. The location is excellent, very consistent with the description in the advertisement. Details to be aware of: the chalet is on an open property (no gate), which at times interferes with privacy, such as acquaintances entering to see the place (which has 3 other buildings besides the chalet in this listing) and the presence of neighbors' dogs that enter the property freely. Finally, it is worth noting the excellent experience, in a privileged location of the Pedra da Boca park, with a fire service (great for a romantic dinner) and close to several local shops, such as restaurants, cafes and various other services, since it is 15 minutes from the city of Passa e Fica. We highly recommend the accommodation and host!
